Our biggest sale of the year is coming up this weekend at a really wonderful Fair in Berkeley!! Proceeds from this sale help support our Education Fund, Outreach Program, and Photography Workshops for street children in Haiti. We also think it is important to support artisans in Haiti so they can keep working and send their own children to school.
We will be joined by 10 other organizations that support women and children's programs locally and around the globe. A world of FAIR TRADE art will be showcased from Africa, Afghanistan, Central America, Asia, ...

Staff and students from Kole Zepol in Cité Soleil joined us and Art Creation Foundation for Children (ACFFC) in a first ever collaborative community photography project in Jacmel, Haiti. Seven volunteer professionals came from the U.S. partnering with Haitian staff and translators to work with 43 photojournalism students ages 11-23. Zanmi Lakay has successfully completed our first annual Jouk Li Jouk Kan Foto with an amazing team of young Haitian photojournalists and outstanding volunteer pros. We were inspired by the Haitian saying Jouk Li Jou that means: we'll never stop until the day is over, working hard to see a better life, and we'll keep fighting until the end.
